co-parenting mediation with a co-parenting specialist

Coaching is about identifying and modifying behaviors to move forward. Empowering you to decide what you want in all aspects of your life, and facilitate the step-by-step process to achieve your goals. It gives you the gift of time, space, and perspective to raise awareness of your current reality and realign your inner compass to your clear personal goals.

Life surely has it's ups and downs, and it' not always easy navigating through the windy parts. The good news are, you don't have to do this alone! Life coaching is a one-on-one, collaborative process in which a trained professional helps you, achieve your personal life goals. These goals may include just about anything: handling major transitions, more self confidence, career change, better relationships, parenting and more. People from every possible age, background, and occupation get coaching, and they all have one thing in common: a desire to achieve something more in their personal, or professional life. Whatever your goals, a professional coach gives you motivation, accountability and support, keeping you focused and taking action from week to week.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY/COUNSELING?

Coaching and therapy can be used separately or together. They both can help you to build a strong foundation for your life, but have a few fundamental differences. Therapy helps you to untangle your past and to, heal emotional pains, and bring closure to troubling events. Coaching looks at where you are at right now. It focuses on the present and assists you in moving forward to a more fulfilling and balanced future. Coaches are collaborators and specialists. Unlike therapists, they do not diagnose or treat mental disorders.
